On average, visual home inspections take 3 hours to complete and are conducted Monday through Friday. Each home inspection includes careful examination of the following:
- Ground, including grading, drainage, patio, walkway & driveway
- General exterior, including siding, trim, decks, steps, roof, chimney, flashing, gutters and downspouts
- Basement, including walls, floors and foundation
- Attic structure, ventilation and insulation
- Interior walls, including ceilings, floors and stairways
- Kitchen and baths
- Electrical system
- Plumbing system
- Heating and cooling system (temperature permitting)
- Dangerous gases
