Bryan Taylor founded Iron Dog Inspections in 2000 after he and his wife Cari returned to Ohio in 1999 to be closer to family. What started as a certified home inspection practice grew steadily as Bryan pursued additional training, certifications, and state licensing to better serve his clients.

Bryan became a state licensed home inspector in 2019, when Ohio introduced state licensing for home inspectors. As the business grew, he became certified and licensed for mold and radon, adding services for mold testing and remediation as well as radon testing and mitigation.

Iron Dog is more than a business; it’s a family operation in every sense. All three of Bryan’s sons worked alongside him in the field during high school and college, remediating mold and installing radon mitigation systems. That hands-on family culture is still part of how Iron Dog operates today.
